FAQs
If you are not sure what service is the right fit or how this all works, the answers below are a good place to start.
Do I need a referral to get started?
No referral needed. You can reach out directly and book a free discovery call to figure out which service fits your situation. Most clients come in dealing with an injury, a performance plateau, or a return-to-sport question. We will sort out the right path together from there.
How is this different from a regular PT clinic?
Every session is one-on-one with a DPT. No aides, no handoffs, and no splitting time between clients. Care is built around a root-cause assessment, not a standard protocol. The goal is getting you back to full training. Not just managing the issue.
Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash-based clinic. No insurance billing and no Medicare. We accept credit cards, HSA, and FSA. Superbills are available upon request if you want to pursue out-of-network reimbursement through your own plan. Out-of-network benefits may reimburse 50 to 80 percent of treatment costs.
Which service is right for me?
It depends on where you are in your training. Orthopedic PT is for active adults dealing with pain or injury. Running PT is for runners with a specific running-related issue. Performance Training is for healthy or post-rehab clients who want to train smarter and keep improving. A free discovery call can point you in the right direction.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the scope of your situation. Most clients dealing with an orthopedic issue notice meaningful changes in two to four sessions, with a full progression typically taking eight to twelve visits. Performance Training is ongoing based on your goals. We will give you a realistic picture after the first evaluation.
