Who We Treat

Athletes & Active Humans who:

  • Train CrossFit, HYROX, lifting, running, or field/court sports

  • Want to stay in the gym while rehabbing (not sit out for weeks)

  • Have “I can’t quite shake this” pain that shows up in specific movements

  • Are returning from injury and need a clear, progressive plan

  • Want proactive prehab to reduce injury risk and boost performance

Common Issues We See

  • Shoulder pain (pressing, kipping, overhead positions)

  • Knee pain (squatting, running, lunging)

  • Hip and low-back pain (hinging, cycling, core bracing)

  • Tendinopathies (patellar, Achilles, proximal hamstring, elbow)

  • Post-surgery return to sport (shoulder, knee, hip)

  • Running-related injuries and gait inefficiencies

If you’re active and motivated, you’re our person. We meet you at your current level and build from there.

How We Treat (Our Process)

1) Assess the Athlete, Not Just the Injury

We start with a full movement assessment tied to your sport. Expect screening of mobility, strength, motor control, and your key lifts or movement patterns (squat, hinge, press, pull, run mechanics, etc.).

2) Hands-On Care to Calm Symptoms

Dry needling, soft tissue work, cupping, joint mobilizations, and targeted isometrics to quickly reduce pain and improve mobility.

3) Load & Rebuild

Progressive, evidence-based strength and mobility programming that integrates with your current training (we adapt to your program, not the other way around). You’ll get clear sets, reps, tempos, and weekly progressions.

4) Return to Performance

We bridge the gap between “no pain” and “full performance” with sport-specific progressions—plyometrics, velocity-based work, positional strength, and conditioning you can actually feel in your training.

5) Education & Autonomy

You’ll know what to do, why you’re doing it, and how to self-manage flare-ups so you don’t slide backward.

  • Soft Tissue Techniques (manual therapy, instrument-assisted as needed)

  • Joint Mobilization for range and comfort in key positions

  • Strength & Mobility Programming tailored to your sport and schedule

  • Return-to-Sport Progressions that mimic what you actually do on the floor, track, or field
